Brazil needs to encourage young workforce to grow in the coming years
According to the study carried out by IMDS in October 2023 on the insertion of young people in Brazilian society, women tend to be more educated than men, and the percentage of school abandonment is still higher among them. In the 25-to-29 age group, a rate of 9.3% of women did not finish elementary and junior high school, 41.3% completed high school, and about 35.4% have higher education or more.
