Study shows that only 1.43% of poor young people in Amazonas reach higher education

Data from the Atlas of Social Mobility Brazil, made by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development, reveal that the trajectory of ascension is very difficult in the state: only 1.43% of young people from low-income families manage to graduate from university. In addition, the completion of high school among this group does not exceed 51.25%.
