Parents’ schooling is fundamental for children exiting Bolsa Família

The Institute for Mobility and Social Development conducted a study to analyze the effects of parents' schooling so that children do not depend on social programs. In an interview with Jornal CBN, economist Paulo Tafner, coordinator of the research, detailed the information: 'once having reached secondary school level, one sees substantive impacts.'
