Official data reveal a promising scenario regarding the impact of Bolsa Família on formal employment

Recently, the Institute for Mobility and Social Development released a study that highlighted that, in two decades of the program’s existence, 64% of beneficiaries have managed to disassociate themselves from the Cadastro Único. In fact, being enrolled in the Cadastro Único indicates the interest of these families in receiving some kind of assistance from the Brazilian government, especially of a financial nature.
