Less than 30% of the ‘children of the Bolsa Família’ in Pará managed to enter formal work
The data are part of a study produced by researchers from the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), released in June. The objective of the survey was to evaluate the access of adults, who were children from 7 to 16 years of age and considered poor in 2005, to the formal market in the highlighted period and to compare the employment conditions, from 2015 to 2019, of this group with the non-beneficiaries of the Bolsa Família of the same age group.
