How is the effectiveness of climate policy measured?

Paulo Tafner, CEO of the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), says that reducing the number of indicators is positive and can help implement concrete measures.

“Seek to understand how extreme weather events can affect people’s lives on a daily basis and connect this with real policies that exist in our country. For example, we can associate income transfer policies with resilience to extreme weather events”.
