Climate adaptation: needs of the most vulnerable and regional differences must be addressed by policies

The speech took place during the second panel of the event entitled “How to increase the resilience of the most vulnerable”. In addition to Rolim, Helen Gurgel, coordinator of the Geography, Environment and Health Laboratory at the University of Brasília (UnB), and Paulo Tafner, CEO of the Institute for Mobility and Social Development and associate researcher at Fipe, participated in the debate.
