Women’s labor and more education boost income
To make the calculation, the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS) considers changes on three fronts: the rate of female participation in the labor market, schooling – by the parameter of average years of schooling of the population between 25 and 29 years of age – and the level of employment in the age group between 44 and 54 years of age.
