The “neither-nor” generation cries out for help
A structural problem that Brazil must urgently combat is the phenomenon of the neither-nor generation. Young people who are neither studying nor working could cause a loss of 10 percentage points in GDP over the next 30 years. The survey was carried out by Paulo Tafner, at the request of the newspaper “Estado de S.Paulo”.
