Holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2002), a master’s degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2005) and a PhD in Economics from Columbia University (2010). She is currently a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) and an assistant professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas-RJ. She has experience in the field of Economics, with an emphasis on Applied Microeconomics, Labor Economics and Econometrics.
