Public policies gain quality with social participation
CEO of the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), economist Paulo Tafner has been cataloging examples of good practices in other countries that can be used in Brazil to improve people’s lives. According to him, in addition to poverty and inequality, the idea is to foster initiatives that promote social mobility.
The economist said the next project will be to create a platform to expose internationally successful public policies. According to Tafner, this “base” should help municipalities “look for simple ideas for everyday problems.”
