Less than 2% of poor children in Brazil reach the income of the richest
Less than 2% will also be able to finish college, and the most likely is that half will complete high school, according to the new Atlas of Social Mobility, by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), a platform for monitoring public policies focused on social ascension.
