Inflation and unemployment go down, but remain high, and poverty is still a problem

More recently, a study conducted by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development showed that almost 11 million Brazilians fell into poverty in 2021, when the total number of poor people in Brazil will have been 47.3 million, 20 million of them in a situation of extreme poverty.
