The CEO of the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), Paulo Tafner, highlights education and health as key factors for the exit from poverty. According to him, the conditionalities of the program, which involve keeping the child in school and taking care of their health, have had an effect by allowing these children to accumulate human capital. This accumulation of knowledge and skills guarantees them a formal job, lifting them out of poverty.
