48.9% of young people in the Bolsa Família have already left the Unified Registry

A survey conducted by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS) between 2012 and 2024 reveals that 48.9% of young beneficiaries of Bolsa Família are no longer registered in the Unified Registry (CadÚnico). The study analyzed the trajectory of 15.5 million young people over a period of 12 years, highlighting the factors that influenced both the permanence and the exit of this important social program.
