ICMS Distribution Mechanism: Daycare Centers

Proposal for a mechanism for the distribution of the ICMS revenue among municipalities, aiming at increasing the supply of public and private vacancies in the municipal early childhood education networks of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. This study will serve as the basis for a proposal to incorporate early childhood education into the distribution mechanism provided for in the “Novo Fundeb” (Lei 14.113/2020).
