Twenty years later, more than half of the “children from Rio Grande do Sul of Bolsa Família” have reached the formal labor market

Almost 20 years after the integration of Bolsa Família, a study (created in 2023) by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS) brings out some of the results.

In Brazil, about 5.2 million young people and adults remaining from the benefited families were found in the formal labor market.
