PMV seals cooperation agreement with Institute for Mobility and Social Development

How can we provide greater equality of opportunities so that more children and young people can achieve a better life? To answer this and other questions, the Municipality of Vitória, through the Secretariat of Social Assistance (Semas), signed this Thursday the 18^th, a technical cooperation agreement with the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS).
