Experience as a Young Apprentice generates an increase of up to 35% in salary

Participation in the Young Apprentice Program contributes to a relevant increase in employability and income of professionals. A study carried out by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS) shows that individuals who had participated in the program registered an increase of 7 to 10 percentage points in the probability of formal employment, and an increase of 24% to 35% in income as young adults (between 25 and 29 years of age), compared to individuals of the same age group who did not participate in the program.
