Experience as a young apprentice can increase salary by up to 35%

The Young Apprentice Program, created 25 years ago, aims to include young people in the formal labor market. A recent study by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS) reveals that participation in the program increases the probability of formal employment by 7 to 10 percentage points and raises income by up to 35% for young adults.
