Effectiveness of social action depends on good economic management

According to a survey conducted by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development that followed 15.5 million young people dependent on Bolsa Família from 2012 to 2024, 33.5% of them remained in the program — before, as dependents of their parents; now, as main beneficiaries. Another 17.6% remain in CadÚnico, which registers the most vulnerable, but without receiving the benefit.
