Confirmed! Thousands of Brazilians left Bolsa Família

A survey conducted by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development followed, for more than a decade, young people who were part of the Bolsa Família in 2012. Among the 15.5 million analyzed, almost half, about 48.9%, completely left the Unified Registry (CadÚnico) by 2024, which means that they no longer fit the low-income criteria required to participate in the system.
