Ceará has 61% of families enrolled in CadÚnico in situation of extreme poverty

A survey by the Institute for Mobility and Social Development (Imds) granted exclusively to O Povo revealed that Ceará is one of the states of the Northeast with the lowest percentage of departure from CadÚnico (57%), being ahead only of Sergipe (56%), Piauí (55%) and Rio Grande do Norte (55%).
