Almost half of the young people in the Bolsa Família left CadÚnico: what explains the scenario?

The Institute for Mobility and Social Development released a survey that redesigns the scenario of social mobility in Brazil. According to the survey highlighted in a note from the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and Fight against Hunger (MDS), almost half of the young people who grew up in families served by Bolsa Família were able to leave the Unified Registry (CadÚnico) entirely by the year 2024.
