'We spend, but don't produce quality education', says Paulo Tafner ...

Founder and CEO of the recently launched Institute for Mobility and Social Development (IMDS), economist Paulo Tafner says that it is necessary to improve the quality of spending to ensure that Brazilians can compete on an equal footing in the labor market and ascend the social pyramid. From a racial point of view, is there any differentiation in social mobility? There is, even though this is just a snippet. Evidently, I could not say that the problem of mobility in Brazil is restricted to the racial issue. It holds true for everyone. Obviously in the case of Blacks it is a little more serious. In some cases, they are very similar.
