IMDS launches biweekly letter to its various audiences

The Institute for Mobility and Social Development’s new information channel will engage in a dialogue with stakeholders on the themes of the institution

Hello, *|NOME|*

You are receiving this email because at some point you have had contact with us or registered on our website. We appreciate your interest and would like to present a novelty: from today onwards you will be able to receive this "Letter from IMDS", a new dialogue channel of the Institute for Mobility and Social Development.

Every fifteen days or in extraordinary editions, whenever justified, this newsletter will bring you:

  • IMDS productions, such as presentations, reports and indicator panels, among other technical materials;
  • product and project updates;
  • awards and events organized by the institute;
  • our view on themes of the moment, among other issues pertinent to the institute's performance and always based on studies, data, and evidence;

This new channel is another active ingredient to reinforce the performance of IMDS, a platform to outline, test, propose, disseminate, and monitor the implementation of public policies impacting on social mobility. In addition to better serving the interested public in general, we will also seek to better inform our partners --public managers and representatives of the third sector, interested in solutions for social problems in their respective communities based on the scientific method.

And for you newcomers: IMDS is a private non-profit association, maintained by private sponsors, with governance under the auspices of a board of directors made up of names of excellence and recognized expertise. The institute has no political-party affiliation: it proposes to unite academia and administrators around projects with lasting impact on the well-being of the citizens served.

The possibilities are many, but the goal is one: to untie the bonds that keep generations steeped in poverty, through correct incentives that promote the social mobility of the lower strata of society. The unimpeded path of social mobility leads to a more democratic and just society, driven by rules of dynamic capitalism, free of marked cards that produce inequality.

Once again, all are welcome to IMDS. Follow our performance through this new channel and through our website www.imdsbrasil.org. We're also on LinkedIn.

Best regards,

Paulo Tafner
